Knowledge management system is a system that is used to manage an organization.  It is useful in supporting creations and distributing the knowledge evenly. This knowledge management system is mainly related to IT field. This KM system helps a company to run in a successful path. Consider, in a company an engineer has more knowledge about a particular chemical so by using this KM system his knowledge is distributed evenly to all. Thus the company will get more profit.

4.    Knowledge management system offers many useful features.  The feature includes providing maps for the organization, it will provide the message flow  that flows between two individuals or between 2 entities in the organization.
